Delivery and Returns
Is there a next day delivery service?
We aim to offer a range of delivery options; times and prices do vary by seller so please check the product you are buying if you need a special delivery. Please note we aim to source unusual items from across the world and in some cases delivery will take longer. (This will be made clear on the product page.)
Can I send items abroad?
I am sorry but at present My Charity Marketplace sellers do not send items overseas, our delivery covers the UK only.
What if I want to ask a product question or amend my order?
Please contact the seller directly through their shop on My Charity Marketplace then they will receive your message via email. If you want to use our contact us form we will pass your message on but it may take a little longer. If you have already placed an order and wish to make an amendment you can use the same method or find the seller’s contact details on your order confirmation.
When will my order arrive?
There should be delivery timescales on each product page, please note shipping and delivery will be different for each individual seller. If you are concerned an order hasn’t arrived, you can contact the seller directly to check the progress. Their contact details are on your order confirmation or you are welcome to contact them via their shop on My Charity Marketplace. If you do not receive a response from the seller please get in touch with us directly.
Can I return items?
Each seller will have their own returns policy, and this can be viewed in their individual shop or product pages. Please note fresh, personalised and special order items are not usually returnable. You can see the full My Charity Marketplace Terms and Conditions here.
Who do I return my order to?
You need to return the item directly to the individual seller. You can find their contact details on your order/confirmation form.
How long do I have to return my item?
Please do let the seller know as soon as you can that you wish to return the item. Check the seller’s own return policy before posting back to them.
Who is responsible for the return postage cost?
Unless the individual seller offers a ‘free returns’ service, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
When can I expect my refund?
The timescale for refunds and returns is agreed between yourself and the individual seller and normally processed within 7 working days once the returned item has reached the seller.
